Q: What are your store opening times?
A: Normal Opening Hours are Mon-Sat 9:30 am to 5:15 pm. We pride ourselves on being one of the busiest jewellery shops in Belfast city centre, so we often extend our opening hours for seasonal demand. We publish these extended opening hours on our website.
Q: Do you sell Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers
A: Yes we do. A gift voucher from Ellisons Jewellers Belfast is a lovely treat for someone special and available in any amount between £10 and £5,000. We have beautiful gift cards that are presented in a luxury presentation sleeve. You can add your own personal message. These can be purchased in-store or alternatively we offer a postal service.
Q: Does Ellisons Jewellers provide Insurance Valuations for items purchased elsewhere?
A: We are happy to provide this service in most cases. However, this may not be possible for some items; we can usually advise/explain upon viewing.
Q: For my insurance policy, can I get a written valuation of the jewellery I purchase from Ellisons?
A: Each item over the value of £1,000 (or upon request) is accompanied with a Retail Valuation for insurance purposes. This can be updated to reflect current market values at a later date.
Q: Do you offer Jewellery Repairs?
A: We work closely with a number of well-regarded goldsmiths and can help with most requests. Prior to work commencing we can provide a quotation service if requested.
Q: Do you offer engraving of Jewellery items?
A: Yes, we can send items to the workshop to be personalised.
Q: What are your accepted payment methods?
A: We accept most payment methods including cash, debit/credit cards and bank transfer.
Q: What is the length of guarantee on your Jewellery?
A: We treat every item on an individual basis, considering things such as wear and tear, length of time since purchase etc. There can be no official warranty on any jewellery items.
Q: Do you offer a bespoke design service?
A: If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for, we can make jewellery according to your specification. CAD drawings can be provided to illustrate proposed quotations prior to manufacture.
