Payment
- Card payments can be made by phone (during opening hours) or we can email a link (Stripe) that will accept secure payments at your convenience.
- If you would prefer to pay be online bank transfer, we will be happy to send our account details and update upon receipt of funds.
Delivery
- We aim to dispatch stock items within 1-2 working days of purchase and will keep you updated on progress.
- Goods will be insured and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day for a standard charge of £7.50 – we can provide tracking ref. upon request.
- All goods will be boxed and packaged to the same standard as our customers experience in store.
- We will be on hand to help with any concerns or enquiries.
Returns
- We understand that it is difficult for many of our online customers to recognise the quality of what we do, based on an image online.
- For peace of mind, online purchases (only) can be exchanged or refunded if unwanted goods have not been worn and are returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Return deliveries will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
- We expect you will be impressed with the quality of our products and aim to please.
